"Kids club was a hit with our little one"
Our little one really enjoyed the kids club, and the staff were super nice with the kids. It did get a bit crowded at times, but it was still a great option and gave us a little breather too. Definately a plus for families.

"They really helped after I complained"
I had a problem with my room booking and I was frustrated at first . I reached out to Palladium expecting it to be a hassle , but they actually listened , got back to me quickly , and fixed everything without dragging it out . I really appreciated how easy they made it .

"All inclusive ended up being worth it"
We went with the all inclusive option it worked out well for us. The food was good, drinks were included, and by the end we definitely felt like we’d saved a decent amount. I guess it depends on how you usually do things, but for our trip it made sense.

"Super comfy stay 😊"

"Pretty great for the price"
We stayed with Palladium Hotel Group and I was expecting it to be just okay, but actually, no, it was better than that. The room was clean, the food had plenty of options, and the staff were friendly without hovering around too much.
For what we paid, it felt like really good value. I thought the drinks and pool areas might be average, but they ended up being some of the better parts, along with the location. If the price stays around the same, I’d definitely book again

"Really good food every day"
The buffet was a nice surprise. There was always loads of tasty stuff to choose from, everything felt fresh, and we never got bored with it. Small win for me was actually finding something I loved every single day without having to overthink it

"Breakfast Was Great, Even If I Always Notice the Little Things"
The breakfast was really nice every morning, which was a relief because I feel like I usually end up at places where breakfast is the first thing to disappoint me. They had plenty of fresh fruit, eggs made the way you want, good coffee, and the staff were really on top of keeping tables clean even when it got busy. We barely had to wait, which was nice because I’m so used to being the one stuck waiting forever. My only complaint is I wish there were more veggie options, but overall I really enjoyed it...

"I actually thought the hotel gym was pretty..."
I actually thought the hotel gym was solid. It was clean, the machines were in good shape, and it never felt too crowded when I went. For a hotel gym, that’s kind of all you can ask for, isn’t it?

"The beach was right there !"
I really loved how close the hotel was to the beach . We basically walked out and were there in like a minute . It made the whole trip feel so easy and relaxing , especially not having to drag towels and bags on a long walk

"Booked through Palladium Hotel Group and everything..."
Booked through Palladium Hotel Group and everything on the reservation showed up correctly. Dates, room type, guests, all matched right away.

Was a little worried since I changed the dates once, but the confirmation email had exactly what I picked on the site. Nice to see it all line up.
Check-in was easy too. Had the same info waiting at the hotel, no mix-ups or stress at all. Happy with how it went.

"Good food options, but a few felt repetitive"
I stopped by over the weekend and was happy to see there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. At first, it felt like there was a lot of variety, but after walking around for a while, I noticed some of the places started to feel similar. Still, I found a decent meal and would probably come back if I was in the area again

"The beach was the real highlight"
The beach was hands down the best part of the whole stay. Like, why can’t every beach be this nice? The sand was clean, the water was clear, and we never had to do that awkward hunt for a tiny spot to squeeze into. There was actually enough room to sit and relax without feeling like you’re on top of everyone else. We ended up spending most afternoons there because it was just so easy and peaceful.

"Honestly, such a nice spa day"
I had a really lovely spa day here. The place was clean, quiet, and actually felt relaxing, which somehow isn’t always a given with spas these days. The staff were so nice too, friendly without hovering, which I appreciated. why can’t more places get the basics right like this? Clean space, calm atmosphere, kind people. That’s all I wanted, and they nailed it

"Pretty good stay, right where you’d want to be"
I stayed here mostly because of the location, that part was spot on. It was super easy to get around, with shops and places to eat really close by, which makes such a difference, doesn’t it? Check-in was smooth enough too. The rooms weren’t perfect and could definitely feel a little fresher, but overall I think 4 stars feels fair

"Pretty good stay, just kinda noisy"
Stayed here for a night and overall it was a nice hotel. The staff were friendly and everything felt clean enough, so I was happy with that. The only issue was the noise at night from the hallway and maybe the rooms nearby. I still slept okay, so I guess it wasn’t that bad, but it also definitely could’ve been quieter. Maybe all hotels are like that though. I’d probably stay again, just maybe bring earplugs next time.
